BLOCKKING-12MS/MD is capable of producing concrete blocks and paving stones in different sizes. It offers a semi-automatic mode of operation for the production of construction materials. During one shift, it can produce 4,000 units of 20x20x40 cm blocks, 5,000 units of 15x20x40 cm blocks and 7,000 units of 10x20x40 cm blocks, while during the same period it can produce 325 square meters of paving stones. It is based on a hydraulic system and is powered by a hydraulic pump with a flow rate of 32 liters/minute. The hydraulic motor power is 7.5 kW and offers 5 or 6 hydraulic movements (for the MD model). The machine is equipped with two vibration motors. One is 0.47 kW and the other is 5.5 kW. Pallet dimensions are 60x92x3.5 cm.
BLOCKKING-12MS/MD also includes a mixer. The mixer has an output volume of 0.15 m³ and is powered by a 7.5 kW transmission motor. The machine is supported by mortar and sand conveyors. The mortar conveyor is 10,000 mm long and the sand conveyor is 11,250 mm long, both driven by 2.2 kW transmission motors. The BLOCKKING-12MS/MD comes with pallet picking carts to efficiently manage the production process. These features help construction material producers to ensure fast and high quality production.
