The BLOCKKING-18MS/MD is used to produce large quantities of construction materials such as concrete blocks and paving stones. It offers an ideal solution for those who want to produce large quantities of construction materials. During one shift, it can produce 7,000 units of 20x20x40 cm blocks, 8,000 units of 15x20x40 cm blocks and 11,000 units of 10x20x40 cm blocks, while it has the capacity to produce 500 square meters of paving stones in the same period. This high capacity allows construction projects to progress quickly. The semi-automatic machine is supported by a hydraulic pump with a flow rate of 42 liters/minute and can perform 5 or 8 different hydraulic movements (for the MD model) thanks to an 11 kW hydraulic motor.
The BLOCKKING-18MS/MD is equipped with four vibration motors, two with 0.47 kW and two with 5.5 kW. The 70x115x3.5 cm pallets facilitate the transportation of the products. It also includes a mixer with an output volume of 0.3 m³ and is powered by an 11 kW transmission motor. A switch conveyor is also available for the MD model. These features are ideal for large-scale construction projects. The production process is even more efficient as the BLOCKKING-18MS/MD can be used with machine-to-pallet picking trolleys or a stacker (optional).
