The BLOCKKING-20MS/MD is used to produce large quantities of construction materials such as concrete blocks and paving stones. Developed for use in the construction industry, this high-capacity product is designed to ensure efficient production. It has the capacity to produce 8,000 pieces of 20x20x40 cm blocks, 10,000 pieces of 15x20x40 cm blocks and 14,000 pieces of 10x20x40 cm blocks during one shift. In addition, it offers a great advantage to construction material producers with its ability to produce 550 square meters of paving stones in the same process.
BLOCKKING-20MS/MD offers a user-friendly experience with its semi-automatic operation. It is supported by a hydraulic pump with a flow rate of 54 liters/minute and can perform 5 or 8 different hydraulic movements (for the MD model) thanks to a 15 kW hydraulic motor. Four vibration motors optimize the operation, two with 0.47 kW and two with 5.5 kW. The large 95x92x3.5 cm pallets facilitate the transportation of the products. It also includes a mixer with an output volume of 0.5 m³ and is powered by a 22 kW transmission motor. A switch conveyor is also available for the MD model. These features make it an ideal option for fast and efficient production on large construction projects. Depending on the need, the machine can be used with pallet picking trolleys or a stacker (optional), making the production process more efficient.
