BLOCKKING-36MS/MD is used to produce large quantities of construction materials such as concrete blocks and paving stones. It is a high capacity product developed for the construction industry. It offers an ideal option for large construction projects and mass production of construction materials. It has the capacity to produce 12,000 pieces of 20x20x40 cm blocks, 16,000 pieces of 15x20x40 cm blocks and 22,000 pieces of 10x20x40 cm blocks during one shift. In addition, it accelerates large-scale construction projects with its ability to produce 1,000 square meters of paving stones in the same process.
BLOCKKING-36MS/MD offers a user-friendly experience with its semi-automatic operation and is supported by a hydraulic pump with a flow rate of 73 liters/minute. The 18.5 kW hydraulic motor enables 5 or 8 different hydraulic movements (for the MD model). In addition, the machine is equipped with six vibration motors, two with 0.5 kW and four with 5.5 kW. The large 115x135x4 cm pallets facilitate the transportation of the products. The machine includes a mixer with an output volume of 0.5 m³ and is powered by a 22 kW transmission motor. A switch conveyor is also available for the MD model. BLOCKKING-36MS/MD is the perfect solution for highly efficient and fast production in large construction projects. Furthermore, pallet picking carts or a stacker can optionally be used from the machine, making the production process more efficient.
